Description

• Serve as the sole point of contact working directly with senior division leaders and staff to support the solution delivery
• Establish strong relationships to enhance collaboration between the technology delivery teams and divisional staff
• Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change
• Direct the execution of technology solutions that deliver value and long term business impact, including delivering the benefits outlined in the business cases
• Adopt and executes standards as established through business and enterprise architecture
• Drive delivery of new technology initiatives through combination of outsourced software implementation and internal services integration and/or development
• Oversee the development of the IT strategies and budgets in relation to project delivery, ensuring transparency

Profile

• Solid 8+ years of proven IT leadership and software delivery experience in the financial services industry
• Competent delivering results through ownership & drive
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• The ability to think creatively and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose
• Experience developing digital solutions across mobile, web and tablet
• Ability to lead the work of others; strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others
• Ability to gather, synthesise and analyse data and draw logical conclusions
• Strong presentation skills
