Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support ;
• Handle IT helpdesk hotline calls;
• Provide technical support for networking and hardware operations;
• Provide on-site support;
• Maintain IT network and equipment;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines;
• 1 years related working experiences in helpdesk support;
• Good problem solving and communications skills;
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Technical Support;
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
