Your work will focus primarily on:

-    Taking a steering role in the initial implementation and maintenance of Facility Management related state of the art tools, as well as data based operations (SAP RE/FX, SAP PROTON, Data Management, Data Lake, Building Information Modeling etc.). Acting as primary interface and overall coordinator for the local FM-IT projects.
-    Maintaining the FM IT landscape including management of the required data architecture and digital maturity assessment for FM related processes.
-    Coordinating information and data protection (e.g. data security assessment including protection requirements analysis, software access control, interface to information protection etc.).      
-    Supporting central FM IT Strategy development and derivation of local implementation concepts with subsequent implementation.
-    Managing the coordination and testing of IT related emergency and failure scenarios.
 

As Facility Management IT-Specialist you are responsible for managing the local FM IT landscape acting as a link between the business partners, the local and central FM organization and central BMW Group IT. You will be a trusted point of contact for our various experts internally and externally in regards of IT topics. Furthermore, you will manage and implement the standardized FM IT landscape in close collaboration with the central Digitalization Department. Understanding the local business needs and finding the best IT solutions that fulfill these needs will be your day-to-day business.

Qualifications and experience required:

-    University degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a similar field.
-    Consulting mindset, being able to support business experts in IT related topics.
-    Team and communication skills.
-    Project management experience in a multicultural company.
-    IT hardware and software knowledge (structure and functionality of PC/ server and database systems and network components).
-    Experience in software development and at least one common programming language.
-    Intermediate English and Hungarian both written and spoken, German language is an advantage.
