Information Editor/Author 技术服务内容工程师

Task(s): 工作职责

• Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department/Aftersales service department to collect the technical design inputs to start the content authoring.

  主动与客户主机厂工程设计部门（R＆D）部门及售后服务部门合作，收集产品技术设计输入以启动内容开发

• Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Operating manual/Quick guides/Service & Maintenance manual/Diagnostics/Technical trainings) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications.

  编写、维护技术内容(操作手册/快速指南/维修保养手册/技术培训材料)和插图，审核校对技术出版物。

• Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

  与客户保持密切沟通审查开发的内容，以确保内容准确并按计划交付。

• Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.

推动内容开发过程，从创作，工程审查，编辑更新到发布。

Requirement(s): 职位要求

• College degree or above. Mechanical design/Manufacturing/Electric are preferred.

  大专及以上学历，机械设计与制造，电气，液压等专业。

• 5+ years’ technical information (Service manual, Maintenance manual or technical trainings) authoring experience within Machinery/Farm machines after-market service industry.

  5年以上机械行业/农用机械行业售后技术文档（维修手册、保养手册、备件手册或培训材料）开发经验。

• Familiar with the 3D CAD tool (PTC Creo/Catia composer), XML structuring authoring (Xmetal/Arbotext/Oxygen), Content Management System (CMS), Adobe illustration tool (AI/PS) and STE; Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred.

• Excellent English language skills (CET-6 and above) in both writing and speaking and 2 year+ working experience using English as the working language.
