Responsibilities

• Manage company’s global network and IP Phone systems for global offices
• Deliver network consultancy services, infrastructure design and IP Telephony.
• Supporting over 250 offices and 30,000 staffs.
• Change and incident management.
• Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
• Providing Level-2 support and troubleshoot but also need to provide VIP support occasionally.
• Handling ad-hoc task.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years’ experience in server and network support
• Experience with Windows/Redhat/ESX administration
• Experience with SAM/Splunk support
• Vendor management with IT infrastructure
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/AliCloud) working experience is an advantage
• O365 email operation
• English/Mandarin speaking
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
