Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for internal contracting process management, ensure the contract is well implemented among function teams.
  • Work in close cooperation and as a team with all the various teams internally (local sales, IT (local/worldwide), operations) while identifying and using available resources, monitor the project delivery, keep tracking to all processes until sales are live.
  • Make sure the project management and implementation activity is closely meet the should-be process and individual KPI.
  • Create and maintain standard project documents and manage living resources.
  • Deputize as the PMO Manager to ensure smooth running of day to day activities and new projects
  • Constantly improve and optimize existing management regulation, operation process and standard.One year implement 3 initiatives to improve efficiency or satisfaction.
  • Complete other works assigned by manager
  • Keep good tracking on current ORS tender support & CI requests.

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years work experience in a claims environment, with an outstanding track record in the management & delivery of a claims service.
  • Good English language and written capability is a must.
  • "Excellent team work, communication, and time
  • management skills."
