Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for internal contracting process management, ensure the contract is well implemented among function teams.
- Work in close cooperation and as a team with all the various teams internally (local sales, IT (local/worldwide), operations) while identifying and using available resources, monitor the project delivery, keep tracking to all processes until sales are live.
- Make sure the project management and implementation activity is closely meet the should-be process and individual KPI.
- Create and maintain standard project documents and manage living resources.
- Deputize as the PMO Manager to ensure smooth running of day to day activities and new projects
- Constantly improve and optimize existing management regulation, operation process and standard.One year implement 3 initiatives to improve efficiency or satisfaction.
- Complete other works assigned by manager
- Keep good tracking on current ORS tender support & CI requests.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years work experience in a claims environment, with an outstanding track record in the management & delivery of a claims service.
- Good English language and written capability is a must.
