• Work with MGM Operational departments, Design Consultants and Project Contractors to coordinate facilitate design direction and successful construction completion
• Review construction documents and specifications and coordinate all interior design aspects with relevant parties
• Review, verify and implement design criteria into the drawings and specifications of the project

• On-site coordination of interior design fit-out and conducts site inspection to ensure conformance to design project

• On-site project management; reliable in taking ownership of the project and delivering a quality design and managing the proper implementation
• Checking of all documentation in relation to Design and construction detail, related specifications, FF&E, ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Proficient in design details and quality control
• Site visit, inspection and supervision
• Interior detailing, finishing, perspective and rendering
• Strong in managing design team with a collaborative leadership style
• Manages and coordinate with other design specialists
• Communicate and coordinate with the construction manager
• Responsible to all design implementation
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing needed materials
• Preparation of presentation documents
• Develops quality solutions by thinking broader, beyond concepts, to understand the bigger picture and various components that contribute to it.
• Ensure daily maintenance operations are of approved quality standards
• Ensure work orders and service requests are completed in a courteous, timely and efficient manner
• Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned
• Minimum 10 years of strong international hospitality, gaming, and commercial ID experience is required
• Bachelor degree or above in relevant field is required
• Excellent communication skills with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Computer Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Primavera and Microsoft Project
