Job Description:  

• Meet clients to understand their brief
• Cooperate with project teams to discuss project requirements and ideas
• Take lead / Support lead designer in developing concepts that meet the client brief and budget
• Prepare design, reference images and material for presentation
• Manage drawing documentation
• Source and specify material finishes, fittings and furniture
• Supervise site progress and report daily to project team
• Coordinate closely with contractor and client

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design 
• 4 years experience or above in residential, luxury or commercial project
• Manage full set of presentation, design, construction and furniture drawings
• Experience on site supervision and able to handle site management independently is a MUST
• Good design sense and passion in design work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up and PowerPoint
• Detail minded, responsible and strong drawing skills
• Good communication skill and teamwork ability
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
