Client's information:

This is a global real estate specialist focusing on commercial property & investment management. They have a professional interior design team with strong specialism among office/ workplace design project. They are actively looking for an experienced interior designer with rich portfolio in office/ workplace Design & Build projects.

What you do:

• Generate design concept, layouts and material selection
• Work closely with design & project directors.
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing project execution and design management 
• Coordinate with internal design support members/ project managers
• Daily communication with clients/ vendors/ landlord.

What you need: 

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Corporate Office/ Workplace in Asia or Europe
• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills.
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign & MS Office Applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
