Our client is a reputable developer with extensive property portfolio in Hong Kong. They are hiring an Senior Interior Designer to support their portfolio which contains new build residential development.

Job Descriptions: 

• Work with the interior design team and external consultants for the interior design works 
• Work with Project team to execute and manage all the residential interior design works 
• Review tender documents and specifications and coordinate with contractors; consultants and suppliers
• Need to supervise the quality and workmanship
• Present design presentation to senior management and internal department

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in residential projects 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
