Our client is a local registered company with a diversity of businesses including Interior & Archietural design consultancy. They have over a hundred creative minds and offices located in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu, Ipoh, Manila and New York. They deliver their services throughout Asia including China, Hong Kong, Macau and also Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Thailand and Vietnam.

They are currently looking for professonal candidates as Senior Interior Designers/Design Managers focusing on office/workplace design projects.

Responsibilities:

- Doing interior design for office and commercial projects in Hong Kong and Greater China.

- Doing spatial planning, design development, materials selection and recommendation

- Preparing tender drawings and construction package

- Leading the design meetings with Client and Contractors

- Contracting administrative works; and day-to-day communication and reporting works

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or another related discipline.

- Good in AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray and Photoshop.

- Initiative, Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Min. 5-8 years' related experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant.

- Solid experience in workplace interior projects; design & build experience takes advantage.

- Good team spirit and experience in liaising with contractors.

- Good in documentation and reporting.

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
