To facilitate our rapid expansion and business booming, we are currently looking for talented individual to join FCS team as Senior Designer / Interior Designer / Assistant Designer to uncover creativity, attitudes, and power. We are the FCS team with key success characteristics:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy efforts in multiple projects
• Research and analyze global shifts and trends in work behaviours to develop and improve recommendations with respect to physical, digital and social workplaces
• Create and execute commercial office design concepts through schematic planning
• Design office environments to achieve client’s brand identity and develop unique design concepts
• Manage construction documents from designers and consultants
• Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different guidelines
• Identify exceptional design obstacles and resolve
• Handle commercial projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical Interior Design experiences
• Relevant experiences in workplace design is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and mentoring the team
• Passionate about Interior Design as long-term career field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop; SketchUP and 3ds Max is preferred
• Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Candidates with less experience or new graduated will be considered as Assistant Designer
