Client's information:

This is an international architectural & design practice from Canada with different well-know project portfolio. Their Hong Kong team is currently expanding and is looking for talented designer in workplace/office sector.

What you do:

• Generate design concept, layouts and material selection
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing project execution and design management 
• Coordinate with internal design support members/ project managers
• Daily communication with clients/ vendors/ landlord.

 What you need: 

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Corporate Office/ Workplace in Asia or Europe
• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign & MS Office Applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
