YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct or support internal Compliance Investigations according to pertinent Corporate Policies  within the LPC Express Regional Unit
• Establish and contribute to an effective regional case dispatching mechanism
• Manage and control Compliance Cases statistics, including the provision of updates on trends and supporting the provision of reports to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with local LPC Business Partner on demand
• Establish local Sanctioning Committees (when and where applicable)
• Provide training and guidance with regard to investigations and issue handling
• Coordinate investigation matters with outside counsel, service providers and serve as contact partner for government authorities as needed
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

WHO YOU ARE

• Masters degree or equivalent from an accredited law school or equivalent degree in Auditing
• English language on native speaking or comparable level; minimum fluent (oral and written) in one other language of the Hub Region
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in legal and/or compliance and/or data privacy and/or auditing, with focus on internal investigations
• Good understanding of Bayer or the life sciences industry or similar industries
• Experienced team worker
• Highest standards in integrity
• Track record in handling investigations in complex organizational set-ups
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to regional business units locations, if necessary.
