​A great opportunity to join the Investment Solutions team at AIA on a 6-month contract. This role will be responsible for IGF delivery across all teams, portfolio management, reporting and liaising with Stakeholder.

To do this successfully you will:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Investment and the Risk and Compliance teams to ensure compliance of the Investment Governance Framework (IGF)

• Liaise with the Line 1 risk point of contact to ensure AIA’s Group requirements are complied with and implement any process gaps as required

• Raise, manage to resolution, and close an Investment related breaches of the IGF or by investment suppliers

• Manage any required policy reviews for the IGF

• Working with key stakeholders in Australia and NZ teams to implement the quarterly IGF changes that are communicated by Group Investment

• Identifies and proactively resolves, and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in relevant investment operations, risk and compliance and/or project roles

• Knowledge of investment portfolio management, investment operations, investment policies and governance structures

• Project management background preferred
