To develop the asset allocation strategies, design investment strategies and to conduct research and update the investmne portfolio.

Our client, a Large International Life Insurance Company, invites the passionate and dynamic candidates to join their investment team.

The job:

• To develop the asset allocation strategies and design the investment strategies according to the Corporate Investment Guidelines.
• To develop and maintain a set of investment skills for generating risk adjusted absolute returns.
• To work closely with the risk management team for investment risk management and asset allocation
• To comply with all regulatory requirements for investment compliance and comply with corporate requirements.
• To conduct Investment Research and update the investment portfolio for adjusting the investment strategies.
• To achieve the performance objectives of risk controlled absolute return, investment within the parameters (liquidity requirement, position limits, sector and market cap limits), and consistency of returns
• To work with the Investment Team located in Beijing. The position is required to station in Beijing.

The requirements :

• Degree in Finance or related discipline with MSc in Finance or CFA preferably.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in fund or portfolio management, preferable with experience in Life Insurance industry
• Practical Investment Experience in PRC environment.
• Solid investment experience in the Hong Kong, PRC and Asia Markets
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong analytical abilities and good communication skills
