Responsibilities : 

• Assisting Investment Team with settlement of daily transactions which include fixed deposits, loans, bonds & equities, derivatives, capital calls and distributions on alternative investments
• Dealing with banks on account openings, credit facilities, margin monitoring
• Dealing with fund houses on subscription documentations
• Dealing with banks and fund houses on KYC, AML and all other types of regulatory compliance issues
• Dealing with in-house Accounts Department on funding arrangements
• Preparation of periodic management reports; ad hoc assignments

Requirements : 

• Degree holder or higher banking education with concrete work experience in wealth management / financial field
• 3-5 years work experience in similar job nature, preferably within Wealth Management
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
• Good knowledge of banking tools
• Good PC knowledge
• Genuine interest in financial products and markets
• Autonomous and dynamic personality
• Handling complex situations
• Flexibility and ability to cope with pressure; readiness to go the extra mile
