This opportunity will allow you to be fully responsible and in control of the day to day running of the kitchen as well as leading the team in a busy, high volume working environment. Our client specifically seeks a candidate from Italy with experience of working in an Italian restaurant. The prospective candidate must hold the current necessary documents in order to gain a work visa (e.g. currently holding a Diploma or Degree) and can begin work as soon as possible.

Job description:
 Fully responsible for the day to day running of and leading the team in a busy, high volume kitchen

 Manage and train all kitchen staff as well as kitchen operations.
 The Chef will adhere to all relevant hygiene and health and safety practices.
 The Chef must have the ability to cope under pressure
 Responsible for creating a Italian style menu

Job Requirements:
 Must possess work visa required documents, such as a degree or diploma , non-criminal record , take health check before start
 2 years kitchen experience working as a Chef is required
 Can start in 1 month
