- High involvement in different stages of overall projects including the creation, design and pitching, etc.
- Responsible for the overall quality and quantity of design projects.
- Guidance on the improvement of efficiency and professional skills of team members.
- Monitoring the progress of projects.
- Responsible for the directors and BU team leaders.

Job Requirement :

- Arts and Creativity related major. 6 years and above experience in Advertising/Graphic Design, with strategic thinking of branding, international vision and insights.
- Abundant designing experience and diversified but meanwhile unique innovating ability, excellent with Photoshop, illustrator and other graphic design softwares.
- Sketch ability required, passionate at creativity.
- Experienced in creative marketing, event creativity, strategic proposal composing.
- Flexibility and excellent management and coordinating skill.
- Professionalism and high responsibility. Multi-tasking and high efficiency. ability to handle high pressure.
