Job Description
We are now looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager!

In this position, based in Shanghai and reporting to the Country Manager, you are in charge of developing strong and long-lasting relationship with clients, coordinating with internal departments and delivering insightful presentations. Your key responsibilities would include:
Education
Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or Communication, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in account management in B2B related to brand communication, research, IT, consulting, preferably in a retail environment, hospitality environment, or market research industry.
Minimum 3 years as Manager of a team.

In this position, based in Shanghai and reporting to the Country Manager, you are in charge of developing strong and long-lasting relationship with clients, coordinating with internal departments and delivering insightful presentations. Your key responsibilities would include:
- In charge of a team of Client Relationship Managers/Key Account Managers (4 people) + 1 Project Coordinator
- To develop a portfolio of clients (luxury brands) by understanding their current situation and customer experience challenges they have in front of them.
- Translating the objectives of each client into internal solutions and coordinate with multiple teams within Albatross CX to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables and aligning each account on Company’s best practices
- Designing & revamping new/ existing surveys and methodologies to collect insightful data on customer experience.
- Working with a collaborative mindset to build high value reports: analysing data through different angles, adding KPI from client's side etc
- Delivering engaging and memorable Face to Face presentation both in Chinese and English (in front of C-level executives) that will have a huge impact on clients Customer Experience
- Growing our relationship with each client by introducing relevant additional wide range solutions/services to drive added value on the brand’s customer experience
- Ensuring a strong relationship is built with clients’ Top Management
- Training/Coaching/developing the Key Account Managers to deliver always better Face to Face presentation
- Mindset focus on improvement; development and growth
Education
Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or Communication, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
