Responsibilities:

• Lead landscape design projects in the PRC with a constant pursuit of design excellence
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members
• Lead collaborative design process integrating with architecture and interior design
• Lead external collaboration and communication with clients, local design institutes and consultants
• Work with clients to identify objectives and formulate options dedicated to sustainable design solutions
• Participate in the implementation of an overall design aesthetic from concept design to final selection of plant species and materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture
• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all design phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development
• Previous experience in Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phases a plus
• Experience in the Commercial and Corporate sectors is preferred
• Previous experience on Healthcare projects desired but not required
• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited program (Master’s or Bachelor’s). Additional academic credentials and/or experience in Urban Design & Planning highly desired.
• Professional licensure a plus; LEED AP desired
• Experience in research and selection of sustainable strategies and materials
• Experience with plant species and materials specification a plus
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
