Key responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with international partners on major cases for Foreign Direct Investment (M&A, Greenfield set-up, corporate restructuring & liquidations) and for dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration);

2. Provide daily legal advisory support to international clients with minimum supervision in at least two of R&P's core practice areas (corporate, commercial, compliance, intellectual property, employment, litigation / arbitration);

3. Instruct and manage junior associates to support on major cases and daily legal support of international clients.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years predominantly supporting international clients in R&P's core practice areas (independently);

2. Some private practice experience ;

3. Strong legal sense;

4. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents in Chinese and English;

5. Fluent in spoken and written English;

6. Good communicator with strong sense of responsibility;

7. LLB or LLM;

8. Chinese Bar qualification.
