Senior Lawyer

Who will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice in respect of the hotel development and hotel operations activities of Accor in Northern Europe.

MAIN DUTIES, TASKS:

• Acting as a lawyer for Accor in Northern Europe in support of all of its business activity namely managing, franchising of hotels and all related activities;
• The role will be focused mainly on providing advice in respect long term operating agreements (mostly management or franchise) and all related aspects in relation to hotels of Northern Europe;
• Occasionally the role may involve the provision of support for other legal workstreams such as commercial legal aspects (e.g. procurement, sales contracting etc.), compliance and corporate transactions, data protection etc.;
• The jobholder will be self-reliant and capable of independent legal decision-making as well as the management of legal correspondence with internal departments and external contractual and negotiating partners;
• The position is based in Budapest with occasional necessity to travel within Hungary or abroad (in compliance with travel guidelines and safety requirements)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Legal Degree is must
• PQE 5+ years
• Knowledge and experience in hospitality is an advantage
• Fluency in Hungarian and English,
• Admission to bar association is an advantage
