We are looking for a Continuos Improvement Lead who will act as a consultant and coach who will actively support lean deployment and production system design activities across our business to move us forward in our operational excellence and lean digital excellence journey. What you are walking into is a fast-paced, dynamic and technology driven environment, where you must balance business performance management and improvement, with pioneering digitisation and automation innovation - contributing to the output more than 650,000 industrial power/control products per year. This is a role well-suited to a daring professional looking for a broader manufacturing management experience within diverse teams and enhanced product families as the next step in their career. This is your role. What part will you play? As a lean expert, you would act as a consultant, mentor and trainer and will actively support our Lean activities at business level, value stream level and cell level to actively craft the transformation process of our plant towards operational excellence. You will continuously question all processes, identify any waste in a structured way and use your well-founded lean competence in a targeted manner to define and design process for future. Understand actual value streams and design new value stream at all levels of the plant. You will analyse sophisticated core business processes, show their influence on the entire value chain in the plant and derive structured fields of action plans based on the findings. As part of site strategy, you will actively help shape operational excellence roadmap and support implementation of desired target conditions. You will assume responsibility for cross-departmental and cross-plant lean projects and thus contribute directly to achieving operational excellence. Use your skills to move the world forward. Experience and knowledge in the field of lean production, production system design principles and know how to use lean methods as improvement tools in a targeted manner. Strong analytical skills It would be a bonus if you have experience with project management methodologies (such as Agile Methodology) We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?
