Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources, the incumbent will be the Department Head of Learning & Development who is responsible for working closely with line management on a wide range of learning and development programs and interventions from leadership, supervisory to front-line employee training, necessary work support programs. He/she will undertake the administrations of staff education assistance and external training requisitions, Park-wide performance appraisal and objectives settings from administrations to training. He/she will provide training-related and work-related solutions and remedies through collaborative efforts with line management teams, formal (park-wide) and informal (ad hoc) training need analysis to analyze the actual training needs and requirements.

In addition, he/she will direct supervise on Management Trainee Program, co-lead and provide training supports needed to other Corporate program such as Graduate Trainee and other Trainee Programs. He/she will be the in-charge of staff incentive and recognition schemes i.e. Staff Award Recognition Program and other ad hoc programs. He/she will also be the in-charge of staff engagement and staff communication though staff engagement surveys, annual leadership strategic alignment meetings, all staff communication meetings and etc within the Park. He/she needs to develop e-learning content materials internally while acquiring external supports as appropriate to ensure training deliveries through digital platform.

Requirements

- College or university degree holder

- With at least 15 years' relevant experience in learning and development, talent management, performance management, organization/ human capital development

- Solid hands-on experience in organizing and delivering soft skill training

- In-depth understanding on wide range of different job roles/ positions, talent acquisitions through recruitment and other HR/Learning and Development relevant knowledge across all levels preferably within theme park industry, locally and overseas

- Mature, independent, excellent in problem solving and with good presentation and communication skills

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
