Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all leasing matters including but not limited to market rental analysis, market information study, rental list update, tenancy administration, leasing team monitoring and training.
2. Tenants lease negotiation.
3. Exploring new clients.
4. Rebuild tenant mix to maximize the Group’s revenue.
5. Good relationship and connection with local agencies.
6. Monitor the reinstatement and fitting-out works including the takeover / handover of premises with tenants.
7. Handle leasing enquiry and tenants’ compliant.
8. Enhance good relationship with the tenants on tenancy and property management matters.
9. Monitor the property management companies to ensure quality maintenance of the buildings.
10. Analyze market trends, data research and prepare business performance / projection reports for regular review by the senior management.
11. Attend ad-hoc assignments and projects from time to time required.

Requirements

1. A recognized degree in real estate / surveying / property management / marketing or a related discipline.
2. Proven record of at least 5 years of real estate leasing and management experiences gained from established real estate companies and developers.
3. Familiar with leasing procedures.
4. Excellent commend of English / Chinese language in both written and verbal. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
5. Be computer literate and numerate.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented and a good team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
7. Occasional work outside Hong Kong is required. Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects from time to time required.
