Job Responsibilities:

•  Implement account management of Company’s portfolio in Luxury Residential, Shops, Office and Industrial Buildings.
• Responsible for all leasing issues including but not limited to market rental analysis, market information, setting up price list, tenancy administration, monitoring leasing team and training.
• Tenants lease negotiations.
• Exploring new clients.
• Coordinated with the advertisement company for the Promotions and advertisement for Company’s portfolio.
• Rebuild tenant mix to maximize the highest revenue.
• Monitor the reinstatement work and fitting-out works, takeover/ handover of premises with Tenants.
• Handle leasing enquiry and tenant’s complaints.
• Enhance good relationship with tenants in related to tenancy matter and property management.
• Monitor the Management Company and ensure maintenance up to service quality.
• Prepare business performance reports and budget report regularly for senior management review.
• Performance evaluation of leasing team regularly for senior management review.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate / Surveying / Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in real estate industry
• Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
• Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent  command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player and able to work under pressure
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded and Prudent
