Our client is a Hong Kong property developer with project portfolio including retail/ commercial and residential development in Hong Kong/ PRC and overseas. They now have an additional headcount for their leasing, sales & marketing department.

Marketing / Digital Marketing exposure is required

Responsibilities

• To look after leasing activities including leasing terms/ renewal negotiation/ tenancy administration and lease enquirers
• To handle their retail/commercial/residential properties in Asia
• To coordinate with different parties including agents/ existing and new tenants
• Assist in formulating/implementing development and expansion strategy
• To conduce and analyze market trends/data research and compile various reports

 Requirements 

• Degree holder in Surveying, Marketing. Business or related disciplines
• 5 years of proven experience in sizable company (property developer is preferable), exposure in PRC/overseas properties would be an advantage
• Familiar with tenancy administration and contracts
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
