• Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) Property & Asset Management Companies
• Positions: Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: Assist the manager in tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management, fit-out & maintenance coordination and other ad hoc duties.
• 5 day. Salary: 18 - 35K

Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Relevant leasing experience gained with sizable property developers, property management companies for retail properties:
  • Senior Leasing Officer - Min. 6 years experience
  • Leasing Officer - 2 to 4 years experience
• Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing documents
• Outgoing and presentable
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
