Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leasing & sales activities of our group property portfolio
• Conduct market research, analyze data & compile report
• Perform budget planning & rental forecast
• Responsible for handover & takeover of premises
• Coordinate with various parties on property management, tenants’ fitting out, revamping work, etc.
• Conduct lease negotiation, lands management and attend owners’ meeting
• Estimate the leasing price of own properties and survey on potential properties for company expansion
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in leasing
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines is preferred
• Strong market sense and networking with property agencies and retailers
• Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing document
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent in verbal communication and well-versed in conversation
• Positive in taking initiative, ready to communicate with others in follow-up works
• Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and good interpersonal and cold call skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word processing
• Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• 5 day work
   
  

Monthly Salary: 30-40K depends on qualification and experience
