Post Specification
Applicant should have at least a Master's Degree in English Language/Applied Linguistics or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in teaching English to students at the tertiary level. Applicant with proven record of any of the following are highly encouraged to apply:
a. developing and/or teaching English courses for science and engineering students;
b. developing and/or teaching English courses for business and management students;
c. developing and/or teaching language courses (French, German, Spanish, or any other major language) to second language learners.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) teaching University Core English courses; (b) teaching free-elective courses; and (c) assisting in curriculum development and administrative assignments.
The appointee is expected to commence work in the academic year 2019-20.
