Role Summary:

The role is to assist Senior Legal & Compliance Manager to handle legal and compliance matters in order to strengthen the corporate control on legal and statutory aspects in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas markets respectively.



Responsibilities:


Reviewing, drafting and commenting legal documents, including consignment, tenancy, distribution agreements, etc.
Assisting in litigation, trademark and intellectual property rights related and other commercial matters
Assisting in conducting legal research and maintain a proper filing records and master lists of documents
Ad hoc jobs assigned by the Management


Requirements:



Degree holder in Common Law or Legal Studies
At least 3 years' experience in law firm or in-house
Familiar with HK & PRC regulations and legislations
Self-motivated and ability to handle files independently
Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous
