What is my job responsibilities? Oversee and handle daily operations in Order Processing, Logistics functions and Warehouse in order to maintain effective and efficient operations and coordination in-between Manage product warranty claim according to company guideline Ensure a smooth business operations in the department e.g. goods delivery, cost and supplier management Support the implementation of logistics policy and company policy Cost and performance control of logistics service providers Coordinate and communicate with suppliers / vendors / forwarders / headquarter / internal / external parties Contribution on process/operation streamline Mange other ad hoc projects assigned What do I need to qualify for the role? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent discipline 8 years of experience in logistics field with emphasis on planning & coordination work; Sound knowledge in SAP Strong organizing ability, independent, result-driven and committed Good communication and negotiation skills, self-initiative and a good team player Good PC knowledge in MS Office Proficiency in English.
