Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services and answer phone inquiries from customer
• Control several computer systems for the arrangement of product deliveries
• Responsible for daily order dispatch and handle customer inquiries

Requirements:

• 1 year working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite and hardworking
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Logistic Officer)
