RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES

? To manage stock flows of two different channels: retail and ecommerce;

? To ensure stock replenishment and product availability to meet demand as per sales forecast at optimized costs;

? Control availability of products, identify and report the shortages / stocks excess risks;

? To manage slow moving stocks and minimize stocks obsolescence in discussion with sales & marketing team to ensure concrete action plans are taken regularly and track progress;

? Develop effective templates, streamline work flow, recommend and improve best practices in respect of supply chain excellence, report compilation and updates to SOP in line with the latest practice and company policy & procedures;

? Assist to identify, communicate and resolve short, mid and long term supply issues in collaboration with regional supply chain team.

Requirement

? Minimum 3-8 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics functions;

? University Degree / Bachelor;

? Able to speak English fluently;

? Good working knowledge of inventory management and demand planning;

? Knowledgeable in internal control, import –export is value added;

? Results Driven;

? Organized and meticulous;

? Energetic, disciplined, self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment;

? Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, optimistic attitude and service minded.
