Senior Logistics executive/Supervisor - Products compliance

Overview:

This position is responsible for the products compliance, including material/finished products testing, China labeling recommendation, nation regulation follow up and updated, relationship with china governments, etc.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Work with counterparties in HQ production/technical/quality team from multi-brands to understand local market practice and build up the product compliance flow suitable for our brands in local market.
• Manage China local warehouse to cross check actual product with China labeling file. Double check confirm and update China labeling file to warehouse if any unmatched information were found by warehouse. Monitor and ensure all products labeling follow import and sales national standards.
• Perform China High Risk (CHR) process to mitigate & manage CIQ failures.
• Conduct CHR testing for finished products.
• Make China labeling file according to Master file and CHR testing result.
• Follow up & mitigate product compliance failures & issue in retail markets and technically support legal team
• Relationship management - with CIQ, MSA & in market authorities and local labs to facilitate issues.
• Communicate requirements to HQ on products testing & regulations for Global & China alignment.
• Set up/update enterprise quality standard
• Transfer product compliance knowledge to retail staffs to deal with cases

Knowledge and skills:

• Minimum educational level: Bachelor.
• Strong knowledge with GB standards, product safety testing & regulations, in market quality management for apparel and non-apparel products.
• Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
• Good communication skills for both written and verbal in English and Chinese language. Good presentation skills.
• 3-5 years with product quality & safety regulatory knowledge, must have in market Mainland experience.
• Preferably with experience in working with local or international 3rd party laboratory.
