Join Lenovo's growing EMEA team as our new Senior Logistics Operations
Manager!

In this function you will be responsible for End-to-End Logistics operations
in the East region (Russia and CIS countries), Central and South Eastern
Europe and DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). Your responsibilities
include:

-Ensuring timely and cost effective deliveries to customer
-Ensuring KPI's are met (Committed Deliveries Dates, Cost per Box, ETA accuracy, IOD performance)
-Operational management of 3rd party logistics providers
-Managing a team of 6 people. On Site and Remote.
-Driving Continuous Network Improvements
-Participating and/or lead projects

Position Requirements:
-7-10 years of Logistics experience within an international company or within a 3PL organization
-People management experience
-Analytical Skills
-Strong communicator
-Ability to drive and implement change
-Strong computer skills
-University Degree
-Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

Base gross monthly salary from 3300 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part.
