This role will focus on managing and operating our merchandise delivery logistics in our new e-commerce division. The right candidate should be able to fit with a “put in the hard yards” and fast paced start-up environment, as well as the passion and collaborative spirit to this role.
Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the logistics process for the newly established e-commerce business, including planning, managing, operating and controlling the flow of goods and services
• Manage daily warehouse operations (including own-operated and outsourced warehouse) including picking, packing and shipping of orders to customers in an efficient and effective manner and in consistency with our high customer service standards
• Set standard operating procedures (SOP) for inventory and logistics management. Ensure all working policies and procedures are in compliance with the company requirements
• Evaluate and develop solutions to improve logistic efficiencies, such as improvements in warehousing and shipping with the objective of shortening lead time, offering improved services to customers and reduction in operating costs
• Prepare reports for management including costs and efficiencies of logistics
• Work closely with many other teams including marketing, digital and customer service to achieve business targets

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or above with minimum 3 years of solid operations/logistics/ supply chain experience
• E-Commerce experience is a must
• Experience in startup/ scale up/ high growth business, where you have been instrumental in setting up new processes, scaling operations, distribution channels, on-boarding of carriers and fulfillment partners
• A good team player with hands on mentality and can do attitude in a fast paced startup environment
• Be highly motivated, independent, responsible, detail-minded and possess good communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Work location at Wong Chuk Hang office.
