• Directly leading plant maintenance and facility department with over 20 headcounts, including maintenance manager, assistant maintenance manager, facility supervisor, maintenance engineers and technicians.

Senior Maintenance Manager

工作职责 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

• Using reliability principles and methodologies to develop and implement a predictive and preventive maintenance system to include operator basic care. 20%
• Inspects repair site to involve in trouble shooting and define priority of repair tasks. Analyzes automatic, electrical and mechanical failures and provide short term and long term solutions to eliminate or extend time between failures. 40%
• Analyzes equipment maintenance data, monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for equipment improvement. 10%
• Responsible for automation system improvement in order to improve the reliability of the equipment or process. 15%
• Provide on-going support to capital projects during the design phase, construction and start-up of capital projects related to reliability. 5%
• Keep in touch with colleagues from other subsidiaries to share best practices and technical discussion for any specific maintenance project. 2.5%
• Responsible for training programs for operations on reliability. 2.5%
• Other assignments by department head. 5%

任职资格QUALIFICATIONS

学 历 EDUCATION Bachelor degree or above 专 业 MAJOR 电气/自动化/机电一体化 经 验 EXPERIENCE More than 15 years maintenance and related technical management experience in manufacturing industry, very familiar with electrical system and related trouble shooting, skillful in providing strong technical solutions to ensure production lines running smoothly to achieve OTD. Very familiar with continues manufacturing environment and equipment. Need to proficient in highly-automatic environment, very familiar with Siemens PLC. 性 别 证 书 CERTIFICATE 其他要求 OTHER High Level understanding of control systems capabilities infrastructure, trouble shooting, control loops and functionality. Have solid knowledge of Inverter and Drive Have solid knowledge and experiences/skills of hydraulic, pneumatic system etc A hands-on technical person with big-picture views & good Project management and interpersonal skills. Good command of CAD drawing and Microsoft office soft wares Good command of spoken and written English
