Resposibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a mixed property portfolio
• Lead the technical team to carry our routine and preventive maintenance
• To prepare the tender document of R M builders work
• Carry out ad-hoc operational activities under assignment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Maintenance Officer

Requirements:

• Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) & Safety Card
• 5 years' experience in building maintenance with 2 years' supervisory experience inclusive
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, AutoCAD
• Responsible, independent and delf-motivated
