1、负责房地产项目开发前期策划工作，如项目市场研究、可行性分析、定位分析、建筑设计建议等；

2、承担项目经理职责，负责协调策划团队撰写前期策划报告；

3、负责与客户沟通，包括项目拓展、阶段工作成果汇报等；

4、主导完成团队工作布置。

1、硕士以上学历，海外留学优先，市场营销、房地产、中文、广告等相关专业者优先考虑；

2、拥有5年以上房地产前期咨询策划相关工作经验，综合体、商业地产、旅游文化地产为佳；

3、较强的逻辑分析及沟通、协调能力，较好的团队意识、执行力及文笔功底，能够承受工作压力；

4、能够较为熟练的运用Office办公软件；

5、能够接受出差；

6、英文能力（特别是读写能力）良好者优先考虑。
