Responsibilities:

• Build a world-class research team in AI and ASIC.
• Lead AI chip division with R&D groups focusing on IC development.
• Work with the Business Development team to commercialize the research technology.
• Brand building for the startup research institution.
• Experience to work with Government, Industry, Commercial and University for joint research projects.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or above in Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering/ Information Engineering or related disciplines.
• MBA degree is a plus.
• 8+ years' working experience in ASIC IC development for high tech companies.
• R&D experiences in image processing, computer vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and semiconductor relevant areas.
• Excellent track record in leading a research team in Hong Kong and China.
• More than 4 ASIC ICs tap-out experience in recent 5 years.
• AI chip tap-out experience is a plus.
