Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To take charge of building rehabilitation programs including Mandatory Building Inspection Subsidy Scheme (MBISS), the Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme (IBMAS), Operation Building Bright 2.0 (OBB 2.0), Fire Safety Improvement Works Subsidy Scheme (FSWS) and Smart Tender (ST) and any other new schemes to be implemented from time to time
  • To develop, maintain and refine operating systems for the consistent and efficient implementation of the rehabilitation programs
  • To devise specific outreach strategies to engage owners and related owners’ associations to repair and maintain their buildings in various identified localities/action areas
  • To liaise and coordinate with other relevant stakeholders including government departments, related consultative and management committees, as well as professional bodies and external parties

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in relevant housing management, building maintenance related discipline
  • Recognized professional qualifications (MHKIH / MHKIS / MHKIA / MHKIE / MCIOB) or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant work experience with at least 12 years’ post professional qualification experience in the related field
