Responsibilities:

• To take charge of Building Rehabilitation Platform (BRP), the all-in-one information center for building rehabilitation
• To lead and manage team to maintain and update regularly the standard documents, practice notes and guidelines, cost reference center and lists of service providers
• To provide input in the strategy for promoting BRP. Develop, maintain, refine and monitor operating systems for the consistent and efficient implementation of the BRP and other rehabilitation related programs/projects
• To provide input in the development and establishment of the Building Rehabilitation Strategy

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent in building surveying or construction management related discipline
• Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIS/MHKIA/MHKIE) or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience with at least 12 years post professional qualification experience in the related field
