Responsibilities:

• To assist in formulating the Building Rehabilitation Strategy and take charge of the implementation of the strategy
• To develop, maintain, refine and monitor operating systems for the consistent and efficient implementation of rehabilitation related programs/projects
• To devise specific outreach strategies to engage owners and related owners’ associations to repair and maintain their buildings in various identified localities/action areas
• To liaise and coordinate with other relevant stakeholders including government departments, related consultative and management committees, as well as professional bodies and external parties

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent in relevant housing management, building maintenance related discipline
• Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIH/ MHKIS) or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience with at least 12 years post professional qualification experience in the related field
