If you really want to make a difference - make it with us Meeting the need for Siemens Energy: Business Excellence professional for our Service & Digital India business (Generation and Industrial Applications) Your new role - exciting and future-oriented In this role, you would be responsible for maintaining Quality excellence to facilitate smooth business operations You will be jointly accountable (along with BU and Function Heads) for the implementation of the Quality objectives, processes and standards. You will also drive & facilitate a learning culture in the business. You will be responsible for providing functional advice and guidance to the colleagues on Business excellence and quality topics (including Cost outs) and best practice sharing etc You will advise, control and coordinate the external and internal Audits on various business process You will guide the business operations to improve upon Quality KPIs, thereby driving requisite process changes across various operational teams. Role and responsibilities can be elevated depending upon depth of experience of the individual and his/her readiness to do more. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You are professionally qualified (Engineer or Science graduate) You have relevant experience in Energy sector or Services business You have 8+ years of experience in Industry with Quality/Business Excellence experience of ~5 years You have significant experience working in a multi-national environment and a matrix organization Candidates with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 – will be preferred Make your mark in our exciting world of Siemens This role is based in Gurgaon.
