The Sr. Manager Digital Transformation & Project Management is responsible for leading and driving Corporate Solutions’ digital transformation by designing, implementing and monitoring the development of digital platforms and automation of processes that will aid the department in performing its business while empowering both business and customers to do self service. He / she shall likewise manage and oversees strategic projects and monitor and conduct quality assurance of rendered services.

  • Responsible for leveraging digital technologies to automate existing business processes to improve process efficiency
  • Map digital capabilities to Corporate Solutions strategic priorities, and plan, govern, monitor & track Corporate Solutions related digital projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of proposed improvements and ensure increased productivity as well as consistency with AIA's digital strategy.
  • Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements
  • Evaluate new information technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to enable CS to grow and expand its business.
  • Coordinate with relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery
  • Regular review, update and maintenance of contents, infrastructure and architecture of all distribution related platforms.
  • Lead overall rollout, cascade and adaptation to agency including promotion, marketing, and training. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate with a degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably with information technology discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in information technology and/or digital transformation, with at least 3 years’ management experience, in a life insurance or financial institution; with an experience in leading digital service operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
