Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Logistics and Facilities

  • Ensurestimely provision of sales force’s logistics requirement
  • Monitoring, maintenance and replenishment of branch furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Oversee purchasing transactions to make certain its accordance to budget and company rules and regulationsCreate and monitor accurate inventory system of supplies and sales tools

B. Licensing & Sales Information Management

  • Creates system enhancements to ensure accurate sales reports such as BSE Database, Production Reports, etc.
  • Updates and monitors changes in segments, branch assignments, hierarchy and other BSE movements.
  • Ensure seamless processing and handling of BSE license applications.
  • Monitors service level agreements with Agency Services and Insurance Commission

​​C. Business Administration and Maintenance

  • Provides assistance to sales force in handling new business and business maintenance processes
  • Monitors sales force on handling new business and business maintenance processes
  • Analyzing sales process in new business and business maintenance
  • Supports sales force in maintaining sales quality of new business and business maintenance
  • Consultative to sales force and co-works with Operations team for complicated and complex new business cases
  • Assists sales force in Compliance and Legal processes

D. Business Services

  • Provides assistance on project management within partnership distribution
  • Implements and monitors service quality standards
  • Support sales force on enhancement of quality of over-all business process
  • Provides assistance on designing and implementing management reports

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • At least 5-8years of experience in banking and insurance industry
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • Strong business development
  • Strong people skill, able to deal with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills
