This role complement the existing AIA Cloud Engineering team in providing new service catalogues and governance to AIA Cloud Engineering centralised service catalogue repositories. This role is specifically focused on standardising secure provisioning of multi public cloud services and centralised governance through approved published catalogues, policies and guidelines that can be consumed by AIA business Units.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the architecture governance of the AIA multi-cloud environment (predominantly Azure but with an AliCloud and AWS footprint)

• Good understanding on Azure Cloud PaaS services.

• Develop automation Infrastructure as a Code for all AIA approved multi cloud services

• Designing and Managing version control system for centralised code repository using BitBucket.

• Creating Role Based Access Control across the automation systems.

• Build, manage, update and delete infrastructure resources like virtual machines, containers, networking and others using infrastructure as a code language (HashiCorp Configuration Language).

• Creating and publishing IaaS, PaaS Terraform code that can be used for standard deployment and lifecycle management.

• Using Terraform modules and writing new modules to meet AIA architecture patterns.

• Design organisation workspace structures for AIA business units.

• Creating governance policies using Terraform’s sentinel policies.

• Build, manage Ansible playbooks for automation of infrastructure agents and Application software such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, OpenJDK etc.

• Designing and managing integration between Terraform and configuration management systems such as Ansible.

• Design and mange integration with vaults and public cloud secret management systems such as Azure Key Vault, Ansible Vault etc.

• Designing and managing API Integration with other Application used within AIA.

• Management and compliance of Public Cloud technologies to audit standards

• Work with the Group Information Security to ensure compliance to all security requirements, standards and automate the same.

• Work on Cost Optimisation module in Terraform

• Integrating Terraform with ServiceNow and publish catalogues.
