Responsible for delivering meaningful customer insights through customer research and analytics and driving its use to identify, acquire, resell to, and retain the most profitable customer segments and increase their lifetime value

• Lead the planning and implementation of the company’s research requirements in partnership with third party research agencies.
• Conduct secondary research and provide recommendation based on analyses of market conditions, customer trends and behavior, and product preferences
• Analyze and interpret customer data to generate relevant insights and value proposition in the areas of acquisition, repurchase and retention
• Collaborate with key stake holders  in the delivery of statistical models on target segments, customer and distribution behaviour, and purchase drivers
• Handle the preparation and distribution of Customer Metric Dashboards to PAL internal stakeholders and AIA Regional counterparts

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of a degree in Applied Economic or Statistics
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience focused on data insights and analytics, preferably from the e-commerce industry
• Hands-on experience and skills in using an industry recognized analytical tool such as SAS, R, or similar, preferred
• Excellent strategic, leadership, analytical skills, problem solving skills, project management, oral and written communication skills
